Duplicate LTD when gifting LTD

Expected Behavior

You should not be able to receive duplicate LTD numbers when gift an LTD.

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set an LTD in catalog and allow gifting.
2. Gift yourself about 2-3 of the LTD's that is set in the catalog
3. You will see multiple LTD's of the same number

Context (Environment)

I am trying to allow purchasing of LTD's but found a user purchasing multiple LTD's of the same number by gifting himself

When purchasing an LTD that is set to "allow_gifting" in items_base table, it will allow you to gift yourself multiple LTD's of the same number.
